I can not recommend Tara enough! I initially made contact with Tara a few months before heading to Park City when I was looking online at real estate and trying to get a sense of the market. Because I had toregister on her site to look at properties, she reached out. We talked and agreed to stay in touch. Fast forward to my trip and I made it clear that I wasn't definitely buying and was mostly coming to take a look, learn the differnt areas and see if Park City was a good fit for us. Tara scheduled a day to take us around. She put zero pressure on us, showed us exactly what we asked to see and after falling in love with a property, negotiated an increible deal for us. She worked around the clock clear through closing and since we are out of state, she helped us coordinate countless things after closing. My wife and I have been visiting family in Park City for over 20 years. When we decided we wanted a place of our own, we started searching. We requested some info on a few properties and Tara was the first one to reach back out to us. Her follow-up was perfect... not too much, not too little. We traveled to PC and met her and spent a good part of a day looking at many diffrent developments. We really felt no pressure but felt she was really trying to find the best fit for our specific needs. We found a place that day that we both and loved and felt it was exactly what we were looking for. The closing process went smooth and Tara really helped the whole way.
